In 2011 the festive spirit of the Bicentennial, which was held last year continues in La Matanza. This time with the celebration of the first hundred years of Gregory of Laferrère, where on Wednesday it will hold one of the central events.
The town was founded on May 4, 1911, so the main event will be that day. Laferrere is celebrating since early April when the festivities began.
